The draft for development CEN TS14038-2:2011 has been revised and issued as EN 14038-2:2020 Electrochemical realkalization and chloride extraction treatments for reinforced concrete – Part 2: Chloride extraction.  The UK committee has decided to prepare a UK foreword and annexe expanding on some of the text.  This should be published later in 2021
